LATE 19TH CENTURY TRAPEZOID SHELVES
A remarkable pair of large, late 19th century shelves of unusual, trapezoid form, resting on plinth bases. The solid timber structure layered in gesso and painted to simulate quarter-sawn oak, with the inclusion of stylised medullary rays.
