LARGE BLACKENED MEIJI ERA TANSU
A large but excellently proportioned Meiji era tansu constructed from blackened cedar timber with forged iron hardware. Split into upper and lower sections, the slatted sliding doors run on rollers and open to reveal three internal shelves, with a further two shelves and drawers beneath.
