‘GOOD HOPE’ CHAIR BY INDIA MAHDAVI
A rare, early 21st century ‘Good Hope’ occasional chair by French-Iranian architect and designer India Mahdavi (b. 1962). This simple but somewhat Egyptian-esque design boasts a frame constructed from ebonised iroko timber, with the seat intricately woven in strands of chocolate brown leather.
