EARLY 20TH CENTURY RIVEN SLATE BENCHES
A rare pair of benches in riven slate from the quarries of Trélazé, near Angers, in the Pays de la Loire region. Boldly geometric in form, each bench is constructed from four interlocking sections which are subtly patinated with characterful moss and lichen growth throughout. Suitable for both indoor and outdoor use.
French, c. 1900.

£1650.00 (each)
Note: Minor loss to the underside/corner of one bench as photographed, does not detract.
